Search inside every shadcn registry

Finding shadcn registries is a solved problem — there are lists of them everywhere. Finding the component you actually need is not, because the lists stop at the front door. So finding one date picker means opening thirty sites and reading thirty catalogues, and at the end of it you still do not know which of them will install without a licence key.

This crawls every public registry it can find once a night and reads the manifest itself, so the unit here is the item rather than the library: 62,855 components, blocks, hooks, themes and utilities, each with the install command, its dependencies, a free-or-paid verdict that was measured rather than read off a pricing page, and a removal date when a component stops existing.
