There are no accounts
BlockDex is a public read-only index. There is no sign-up, no login, no payment and no submission form, so there is nothing for us to store about you.
Analytics
We record aggregate page views to know which pages are worth keeping. That data is not tied to an identity, is not sold, and is not shared with advertisers.
Session recordings
Analytics here includes session replay: a reconstruction of how a page was used — clicks, scrolls, pointer movement, and which pages were opened in what order. Everything typed into a field is masked in the browser before it is sent, so text you enter is never captured. It exists so that a flow which breaks for someone can be watched back and fixed rather than guessed at. Recordings are processed by PostHog and deleted after 30 days.
What the index contains
Every registry indexed here publishes a manifest at a public URL, and every item shown is an entry in one of those manifests, displayed with a link back to the registry that serves it. Nothing private is crawled and nothing behind authentication is read — where an item endpoint asks for credentials, that fact is recorded and the item is marked paid.
If you publish a registry and would rather it were not listed, write to hello@kynth.studio and it will be removed from the index.
Live previews
Where a registry permits framing, its own demo page is embedded on the component’s page here. That frame is a request your browser makes to the registry, so the registry can see it — the same as following the link would be. The frame is sandboxed and sends no referrer.
The API
The read API is open, unauthenticated and rate-limited only by the edge cache. Requests are not logged against a caller.
