Windows XP theme (tokens only)

The XP token half ONLY — colors, radius 0, Tahoma — expressed as native shadcn cssVars. This is exactly what a tweakcn theme outputs: a flat, square recolor. Pair with skin-xp for the bevels/chrome that tokens can't express.
