A metadata/settings-summary readout composing the @willink-labs/react primitives (Card + Separator + Badge + Tooltip + Collapsible) — a real <dl> of term/description rows with optional tooltips, badges, and an expandable details section. Copy-to-own via `npx shadcn add @willink/description-list`; the items are yours to edit and the `--color-brand` theming comes from the npm packages (ADR-0020).
